Oracle Fusion Middleware 12c 12.1.3 released

Hi folks and sorry for the big gap in blogging !


Well folks we at Version 1 keep a close eye on what is happening in the Oracle world.  Oracle have recently released Fusion Middleware 12c 12.1.3 which is a major release of their middleware stack
